Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

It must be unopened or unused

It must be in its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us.
If your return is accepted, we will discuss the next steps with you, including where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediatelyif:

You receive the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods that have been opened or used (such as opened bags of coffee or tea)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to:

Complete a return request for the item you have

Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or not.
If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
